This booklet should answer your questions about the facilities available, services you may expect, and regulations you should follow. In signing your Single Student, Family Housing, or Faculty/Staff Agreement, you are assuming responsibility for keeping your apartment in good repair and contributing toward a friendly, community atmosphere. This booklet will explain more completely some of the terms of your contract and conditions of occupancy. Please read it carefully and keep it handy throughout your stay.
